We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices. You can also choose to pay using PayPal for added flexibility.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are device-specific payment methods. Apple Pay only appears on Apple devices where it is enabled, and Google Pay only appears on Android devices with Google Pay set up. You can upgrade your plan at any time. Simply purchase the new plan you want, and we’ll activate it immediately. Your existing subscription will be canceled automatically, and we’ll issue a pro-rated refund for any unused time on your previous plan. Refunds are processed manually and typically take 2–5 business days. Your new subscription cycle starts on the day of your upgrade.
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Because long-term plans include discounted pricing, mid-cycle downgrades and partial refunds are not available. You can update your plan at any time and it will apply when your current subscription expires.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again. Because subscriptions are billed upfront, cancellations do not qualify for partial refunds. If you return in the future, you can rejoin using the plans and pricing available at that time.
Pausing is not available. All subscriptions renew automatically according to the duration you selected. If you need a break, you can cancel before your next renewal date and maintain full access until your current billing period ends.
Your saved payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle, every 3, 6 or 12 months. You’ll receive a confirmation email each time a payment is processed. If your payment fails or your card expires, you'll be notified to update your billing details to avoid any interruption in access.
