About the Role
We are a start-up company based out of Dubai and are active in the field of digital educational courses and products. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to build awareness, promote our brand, and connect/grow our audiences.
Requirements
- Audience research to recommend targeting for our online educational courses
- Develop our social media strategies and campaigns
- Promote our digital products over social media
- Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns through Google and Facebook
- Measure and report performance digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Build an Email Marketing & Automation campaign
- Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Qualifications
- Proven work experience
- Strong knowledge on Google Analytics along with its use and finding actionable insights from the tool and other measurement tools
- Creative thinker, self-starter, organized, curious, and eager to learn
- Useful related experiences: Working with online digital courses brands

- Hourly rate negotiable based on experience
- Content scheduling on social media feeds, ads manager
- Provide recommendations to optimize media spend - audience, creatives, budget
- Conversion Tracking
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Executing an ads strategy across several platforms
- Facebook Ads / Google Ads
- We'll provide the keywords and you will have to Set up the campaign and ads according to our business requirements
- You'll need to include sitelink extensions, callout extensions, write highly converting copy that includes our main keywords
